Abstract

Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan dalam seleksi guru terbaik dengan metode The Extended Prornethee II (Exprom II). Sebehmmya penilaian guru dilakukan secaramanual sertadapat menibulkan human error, untuk mempersingkat waktu dalam mengetahuinya maka dibangun]ah sistem pengambil keputusan ini Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional Pada Exprom II terdapat 6 langkah dalam mengerjakannya, yaitu membuat matriks keputusan ini disetiap kriteria dicari nilai minimum dan maximum, Menghitung matriks keputusan berdasarkan persamaan II-1 untuk benefit dan persamaan 11-2 untuk cost, mengmtung nilai perbandingan sesuai persamaan 11-3, mengmtung weak preferences indeks I WP, Mengmtung SPj (Strict Preference), mengmtung strict preferences indeks, mengmtung total preferences indeks, dan terakhir mengmtung Leaving (Positive) Flow dan Entering (Outranking) Flow dengan menggunakan persamaan II-9 dan 11-10. Berdasarkan basil pengujan dari sistem pendukung keputusan ini didapatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 92%. Sistem ini dapat melakukan implementasi dengan menggunakan metode The Extended Prornethee II (Exprom 11) dalam melakukan pemilihan guru.
