Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT. Citra Nusantara Gemilang (CNG) Hilir Raya Palembang. The population in this study were all 36 employees as respondents using the census technique. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between occupational safety and health on the performance of employees at PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang (CNG) Hilir Raya Palembang. Therefore, employees can participate in activities or training programs that can improve employee performance and minimize work accidents.
