Abstract

ABSTRACT Study this aim forknowing influence exercise Shuttle Run against agility herding ball on activity extracurriculars Football SMK AZ-ZAWIYAH Tanjung Batu. Population study These are extracurricular students totaling 30 people. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The method used in this study is a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest and posttest design. Instrument in study this is a zigzag dribbling test. Data taken from the initial test (pretest) and the final test (posttest). Treatment in study this in the form of a Shuttle Run exercise, they are given training for 7 weeks with a frequency of 3 times a week. based on results study and analysis statistical data t test with a significant level α = 0.05 obtained tcount (25.1) while ttable (1.70), then tcount > ttable. so that could taken the conclusion that the Shuttlen Run exercise can improve the results of dribbling agility in soccer extracurricular activities at SMK AZ-ZAWIYAH Tanjung Batu.
