Abstract

This study aims to analysing consumer preferences for multi-service ijarah financing at non-bank financial institutions in the city of Palembang. The data used in this study used primary data with a sample of 30 people. The analytical technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression with t test (partial), f test (simultaneous), and r test (correlation). The results showed that partially Service Quality (X3) had no effect and was not significant on consumer preferences with a t value of - 1.549 smaller than t table. However, in the f test, all variables have a simultaneous significant effect on consumer preferences with an Fcount of 18.638 which is greater than Ftable.
