Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance at Regional Office III PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Palembang. This study uses quantitative methods with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study amounted to 85 people with 85 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Regional Office III PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Palembang. From the aspects that have been studied, the company's management should pay more attention to aspects that can affect work stress so that employee performance increases.
