Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of organizational support to the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. The population in this study were all lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University, totaling 104 people. The sample of this study amounted to 51 lecturers obtained by proportional random sampling method. This study uses primary data sources obtained through a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. Therefore, the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University must increase its organizational support so that the performance of lecturers can also be improved.
