Abstract

this research based on a big serious problem related to conditon of children in the mids of the war that is still on going and the entry of the Covid-19 outbreak in Yemen. This is interesting study because the Covid-19 Pandemic has exacarbated various sectors of people's lives, especially childrens in Yemen. UNICEF as the largest International Organization dealing with Childrens problems all around the world, seeks to rehabilitate all children in Yemen who are affected by this humanitarian tragedy. This witing aims to find out what the efforts have been made by UNICEF in dealing with child victims of the war in Yemen in the midtest of Covid-19 Pandemic which has plagued almost all area in Yemen. Using the concept of the International Organization and Humanitarian Action and also using descriptive qualitative methodologies to analyse this reaserch, the authors conclude that UNICEF seek to improve its sustainable work programs such as in the sectors of health and nutrion, water sanitation and hygiene, education, child protection, communication for development, supply and logistics in order to children throughout Yemen amid the war and the Covid-19 Pandemic. The very significant impacts seen from the surgae in the need of the health facilities, supply and logistic delayed in delivery, education is temorary closed, and the declining humanitarian aid budget. keywords: UNICEF, COVID-19, War, Children, Yemen
