Abstract
This study aims at the Influence of Work Spirit and Discpline on Employee Performance of PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Palembang. The data used in this study are primary data, with a sample of 95 employees using the sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is quantitative analys with multiple regression analysis tools using themethod Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The result of this research is that work spirit and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus companies are required to further improve work atmosphere and compensation that can increase morale and maintain standard rules and according to SOPs and have an impact on improving employee performance.
