Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Leader Member Exchange on Innovative Work Behavior of PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta in Palembang. This method used in this study is quantitative method. Sample used as many as 36 people with census method (total sampling). Data analysis was using simple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 for windows. The results of this study got a conclusion that there is a significant positive effect of leader member exchange (LMX) on innovative work behavior. The high quality of LMX between superiors and subordinates will motivate them to be more innovative at work.
