Abstract
This study aims to find out the problems of PAUD educators in implementing online learning during the covid-19 period at Aisyiyah Kindergarten Bustanul Athfal Seri Kembang. This type of research uses qualitative research with five research subjects. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is qualitative data analysis Miles and Hiberman, namely by collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, to reduce the data obtained from the field, the presentation is in the form of a short narrative and conclusions are drawn. In this study, researchers used five research subjects consisting of principals and classroom teachers who teach at Aisyiyah Kindergarten Bustanul Athfal Seri Kembang. The results showed that the problems of PAUD educators in implementing online learning during the covid-19 period at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Seri Kembang Kindergarten were problems in preparing learning, lack of participation from parents, lack of teacher knowledge in the use of technology, children lack of concentration, and problems in giving evaluation.
