Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui komposisi campuran pupuk organik terbaik agar mengurangi penggunaan dosis pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga. Penelitian dilakukan di Komplek Maskarebet, Palembang, Sumatera Selatan pada bulan Agustus 2020 sampai Januari 2021. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 11 perlakuan 3 ulangan yang masing-masing perlakuan terdiri dari 3 tanaman. Perlakuan terdiri dari pupuk NPK 16:16:16 (1.5 gr/polybag) (P1) , kompos TKKS (Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit) + tanah (1:3) (P2), kompos TKKS + tanah (1:1) (P3), kompos TKKS + tanah (3:1) (P4), pupuk kotoran ayam + tanah (1:3) (P5), pupuk kotoran ayam + tanah (1:1) (P6), pupuk kotoran ayam + tanah (3:1) (P7), kompos TKKS + pupuk kotoran ayam + tanah (1:2:1) (P8), kompos TKKS + pupuk kotoran ayam + tanah (1:1:1) (P9), kompos TKKS + pupuk kotoran ayam + tanah (2:1:1) (P10), kompos TKKS + pupuk kotoran ayam + tanah (1:1:2) (P11). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kotoran ayam + tanah (3:1) (P7) adalah perlakuan terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga. Hal ini terlihat pada peubah berat segar seluruh tanaman, berat segar komersil, berat segar akar dan berat brangkasan. Kata kunci: Kubis bunga, Brassica oleracea, kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit, pupuk ayam.
