Abstract

Karina Armilia Primadani, Effect of Organizational Communication Climate on Employee Performance at PT Pertamina (Persero) RU III Plaju. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there was an influence and how much the influence of organizational communication climate had on employee performance. The theory used in this study is the theory of Pace & Faules (2013: 150) regarding the organizational communication climate and the theory of Harbani Pasolong (2016: 178) regarding employee performance. While the type of this research is quantitative descriptive research type. This research was conducted with a sample of 91 respondents namely employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) RU III Plaju and the method of data collection was solved by the method of distributing questionnaires and observations. The study results obtained t_count > t_table that is t_count = 8,485 and t_table = 1,986. It proves that there is an influence of the organizational communication climate on the performance of employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) RU III Plaju. The magnitude of the effect of variable X on Y variable is 44.7%
