Abstract

Information systems that are currently developing have provided many benefits, especially in the business field. This study aims to analyze the acceptance of Toplaku.com using the UTAUT 2 model to all Toplaku.com users. The variables used in this study are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, behavioral intention, and use behavior. In this study managed to collect as many as 100 respondents, all of which have been tested valid and reliable. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires via google form using social media. The research method used is a quantitative method. While the analysis technique using the SEM method includes validity test, reliability test, r-square, and bootstrap resampling. The conclusion of the research shows that hedonic motivation has a significant effect on behavior intention and habit has a significant effect on use behavior in using Toplaku.com.
