Abstract
In this study, an internet of things-based temperature and humidity monitoring system was designed using the WeMos D1 R1 microcontroller as a data transmission device connected via a Wi-Fi network to a website originating from solar panels and supported by additional data recording using RTC DS3231 and SD-Card. The results of sensor testing in the laboratory are compared with a digital Temperature & Humidity measuring instrument showing the temperature measurement period from 18.9 °C to 45.9 °C and the air humidity measurement period from 47.37% to 93.91% and shows that the temperature change is proportional to proportional to changes in air humidity. While in the field test, compared to the MISOL sensor, it produces an accuracy value of 95.78% for temperature measurement and 94.99% for air humidity measurement with an error of 4.21% for temperature measurement and 5.01% for air humidity measurement.
