Abstract

This research is entitled "Participation Level of Village Officials in Planning Village Development Programs using Village Funds in 2017-2018 (Study in Pusar Village, West Baturaja Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ulu District)". The design of this research is quantitative descriptive using the census method and the accommodative approach. Respondents in this study amounted to 38 taken using total sampling. Validity test and reliability test used in this study to measure the accuracy and truth of the research instruments by using the product moment formula. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis that aims to analyze by describing or describing the data taken from the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test formula by drawing conclusions using the one-party test (one tail test) with the left side test and the error rate of 5% based on the results of hypothesis testing Tcount Ttable or 2.35> 1.685 Ho is accepted. The results of this study are the level of participation of village officials in village development program planning using village funds in 2017 of 52.44% with moderate effectiveness and in 2018 67.72% with high effectiveness, while for the level of participation of village officials in planning village development programs year 2017-2018 is 61.69% or high. So it can be concluded that Ho is accepted. Keywords: Participation of Village Officials, Development, Village Funds for 2017-2018 Penelitian ini berjudul “Tingkat Partisipasi Aparat Desa dalam Perencanaan Program Pembangunan Desa dengan menggunakan Dana Desa tahun 2017-2018 (Studi di Desa Pusar Kecamatan Baturaja Barat Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu)”. Desain penelitian ini kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode sensus dan pendekatan kuansomodel. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 yang diambil menggunakan total sampling. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur ketepatan dan kebenaran dari instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan rumus product moment. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dengan mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data-data yang diambil dari kuesioner. Uji hipotesis menggunakan rumus t-test dengan menarik kesimpulan menggunakan uji satu pihak (one tail test) dengan uji sisi kiri dan taraf kesalahan 5% berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis Thitung ≥ Ttabel atau 2,35 > 1,685 Ho diterima. Hasil penelitian adalah tingkat partisipasi aparat desa dalam perencanaan program pembangunan desa menggunakan dana desa tahun 2017 sebesar 52,44% dengan keefektifan sedang dan pada tahun 2018 adalah 67,72% dengan keefektifan tinggi, sedangakan untuk tingkat partisipasi aparat desa dalam perencanaan program pembangunan desa tahun 2017-2018 adalah 61,69% atau tinggi. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho diterima.
