Abstract

This study, entitled "Effects of the Implementation of Safety and Health Program on Employee Morale (A Case Study of PT PLN (Persero) Sumbagsel Generation)". The purpose of this study was to determine whether the implementation of occupational safety and health programs at a significant effect simultaneously and partially on the morale of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Power Sumbagsel. The author takes the whole working on the Production Department (electrical energy). Therefore obtained a population of 55 employees. Doing this type of research is survey research. This research ased primary data which obtained through questoinnaire and the method ased in analysing the data was simple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous variable Effect of Safety and Health Program 0,761 (76,1%) and influence on acceptable.
