Abstract

Sistem penilaian kinerja honorer pada Puskesmas Sambas Kota Sibolga memiliki keterbatasan waktu serta sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan kegiatan penilaian Kinerja pegawai honorer puskesmas. Dengan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) maka dalam memilih suatu keputusan multikriteria ini didasarkan pada setiap alternatif. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan alternatif kinerja pegawai honorer dalam bentuk perankingan pegawai dengan metode SMART pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja. Pegawai honorer pada Puskesmas Sambas Kota Sibolga. Penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan dapat memberikan alternatif kinerja pegawai honorer dalam bentuk perankingan pegawai dengan metode SMART pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai honorer pada Puskesmas Sambas.
