Abstract

The process of assessing the service level of the puskesmas in Baturaja Regency is carried out by an appraiser assigned by the Baturaja Regency Health Office and takes a long time because the assessor must distribute SKM questionnaires one by one in the borang isian of sheets of paper to patients at the assessed puskesmas. In the process of assessing the level of health services, this can be maximized by using a decision support system. The application of the SAW method to the built DSS can make an assessment faster, based on the criteria values and preference weights that have been determined. This study aims to assist the Baturaja Regency Health Office in determining decisions in the process of selecting the best health center services in Baturaja Regency. The final results obtained are in the borang isian of preference values and ranking of the best health centers in Baturaja. Keywords : Assesement, Service, Public Health Center, DSS, SAW.
