Abstract

LUNIK ISLAND IS ONE OF THE TOURIST ISLANDS IN PESAWARAN REGENCY, LAMPUNG WHICH HAS A FAIRLY WIDE SANDY BEACH BUT IS STILL NOT DEVELOPED FOR TOURIST PURPOSES. THIS ISLAND IS IN THE CLUSTER OF LOK ISLAND WITH ITS UNDERWATER AREA WHICH IS A DESTINATION FOR DIVING AND SNORKELING, BUT STILL DOES NOT HAVE A QUALIFIED LODGING FOR TRAVEL. BY PROVIDING A RESORT, IT IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE THE POTENTIAL AND TOURIST VISITS THAT EXIST THERE. AND WITH THE EXCLUSIVE CONCEPT AT THIS RESORT WILL PROVIDE A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE IN ENJOYING THE TOURIST AREA IN LAMPUNG. WITH VARIOUS SUPPORTING FACILITIES THAT WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE RESORT SO THAT DPAAT BECOMES AN ATTRACTION AT THE RESORT. LOCAL ARCHITECTURE IS USED AS A CONCEPT IN THIS RESORT, SO AS TO MINIMIZE THE WASTE THAT WILL BE GENERATED FROM THIS RESORT. LOCAL MATERIAL UTILIZATION ALSO AIMS TO REDUCE ENERGY USE DURING TRANSPORTING MATERIALS TO THE LOCATION. RENEWABLE RESOURCES ARE ALSO USED AT THIS RESORT SUCH AS SOLAR PANELS TO GENERATE ELECTRICITY, RAINWATER USED FOR RESORT PURPOSES, AS WELL AS RECYCLABLE RESOT AMNITIES MATERIALS.
