Abstract
Research on the evaluation of human resources management at PT. Indo Beton aims to determine the implementation of human resource functions including : workforce planning, recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation and payroll, as well as to reveal the errors of human resource policies. By doing this evaluation, corrective action can be taken so that employee productivity can be increased. In collecting data of performance of the human resources function, author used initial survey, field survey (observation and interviews), and literature study. Data analysis methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis method. The analysis result shown that PT. Indo Beton has not been able to run the human resources function in accordance with existing procedures because there are still some shortcomings in the implementation ofthe functions of these human resources.
