Abstract

This study aims to determine influence of salary on performance of teacher in the foundation of SMA Sriiaya Negara Palembang. The variable on the study is salary and petformance of teacher as the dependent variable. This research is a desc~iplive with a sampel of 55 people. Data collection method used is the questionnaire. The data in this analysis were processed using Statistical program for Product and Service (SPSS) version 22. The data obtained were tested by validity, reliability test. t test, simple linier regression analysis,con•e/ation coefficient analysis (r) and cofifficient of detennination (R1). The result of this study indicate that the variable salary has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teacher in the foundation of SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang.
