Abstract

The reasons that would be achieved in this research was to determine the effectiveness and the efficiency of inpatienl health care management at the Myria Hospital Palembang. Research methods that used by the author in this researched was descriptive method of analysis. While for data collection techniques its used: 1. The field research (field research), through: Interview, and Observation. 2. Library Research (library research). While the data was collected from the primary and secondary data sources. Based on the health Services research, it has been conducted in an appropriate Standard of the operating procedures that was established by the hospital management. Although there were needs some improvement that the researchers found in the field like: 1. Standardization of food and beverage menus for inpatients, 2. Cali facility, 3. Cleanliness and tidiness of the room for the inpatient, 4. Delays cost information and other administrative hospitalization. Therefore, the recommendations given by the researchers can be considered by the management of Myria Hospital Palembang.
