Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether variations in alloys affect the hardness of metal alloys and how much influence variations in mixtures have on the hardness of metal alloys Al, Cu, dan Sn. The method used is experimental research based on the treatment given. In this study, Al, Cu, and Sn materials were used. The percentages of alloys used are Al 40%, 20%, 60%, Cu 20%, 20%, 10%, and Sn 40%, 60%, 30%. Analysis of the data used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of data analysis show that the percentages of Al, Cu, and Sn are very influential in increasing the hardness because varying the percentage of different alloys will produce different levels of hardness. The results showed that the most efficient percentage of copper alloys in increasing the hardness of metal alloys reached 48,687 VHN with the percentages of Al 20%, Cu 20%, and Sn 60%.
