Abstract
This study aims to analyze, determine matrix-step transition probability, and determine the transition probability at conditions steady state for asymptomatic cases and suspected cases Covid-19 in Batam City. The Method using discrete time Markov Chain analysis. The data analyzed was obtained from daily Covid-19 positive case data from Press Release Lawan Corona Batam from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021. The results of the Markov Chain analysis with three states namely stagnant state, derease state and increase state with 3×3 dimension in asymptomatic cases and suspected cases. The Markov Chain Classification of these two cases is ergodic, so that the transition probability can be determined for conditions steady state. The transition probability of conditions steady state or when stationary in asymptomatic cases for stagnant state, decrease state and increase state is 0,067; 0,483; and 0,450. The transition probability of conditions steady state or when stationary in suspect cases for stagnant state, decrease state and increase state is 0,107; 0,408; and 0,485. These results of asymptomatic cases tend to decrease, while suspect cases tend to increase.
