Abstract
This study aims to produce teaching materials for PPKn Student Activity Sheets based on a constructivism approach to the materials for administering a government system at the high school level, to be able to increase students’ learning motivation. The research method used in the development method with the Hannafi and Pack model using Tessmer evaluation. Validation involes media, material, and language experts. Product practicality assessment is carried out in one -to one and small group stages. while at the research stage the field test determines the to increase students’ learning motivation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of Student Activity Sheets PPKn teaching materials based on a constructivism approachto the material for administering the goverment system at the high school level is stated to be very valid, practical, and has a potential effect on learning motivation with a percentage that is categorized as good.
