Abstract

From ancient times until now the mosque has played an important role in fostering religion in the community, especially for adolescents. The Walimah Mosque in Tanjung Batu Village is one of the mosques that plays an active role in religious fostering for village youth, which of course is the result of the work of the Walimah Mosque Management Body by making various religious activities. This study aims to see how the success rate of the organization's communication success rate for the Walimah Mosque Management Board in Religion Development for Village Adolescents by studying in Tanjung Batu Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province. In this study, researchers used Scott's classical theory by using descriptive quantitative methods. The data technique in this research used questionnaires, observation, and documentation study methods. The results showed that the success rate of the organizational communication of the Walimah Mosque Management Body in Religion Development for Village Adolescents with Studies in Tanjung Batu Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province was good, with a total score of 12226, where the highest score was on the Dimension of Labor Distribution. with an average score of 851.33, and the lowest score on the Functional Process Hierarchy Dimension with an average score of 792.66.
