Abstract
The study aims to determine the effect of the performance allowance of honorary employees on the work motivation of honorary employees at PDAM OKU. The population of this study was all of the temporary employees at PADM OKU, there were 50 employees. This sampling technique used saturated sampling, meaning the whole population is used as a sample, so the sample of this research was 50 employees. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The data obtained is tested with validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, analysis of coefficient of correlation (r) and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this study indicated that there was a positive and significant effect between the performance allowance of honorary employees on the work motivation of honorary employees at PDAM OKU.
