Abstract
Inventory control is one of the determining factors for smooth sales and production. Excess and shortage of inventory will cause losses. The purpose of this study was to obtain the total cost of inventory, the amount of inventory, the ordering period for oranges and snakefruit using a multi-item probabilistic inventory model with lead time. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through interviews. Based on the calculation results, the optimal average inventory cost is Rp. 81.522.802, the average optimal inventory of citrus fruits is 25958 kg and snakefruit is 3249 kg. The optimal time for ordering is 5 days, this means that in one cycle one order of oranges and snakefruit is made.
