Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how cooperation affects employee performance at PT Bumi Mekar Hijau Palembang. The independent variable in this study is teamwork, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The study's population consisted of all employees, a total of 741 people, with a purposive sampling technique used to select a sample of 49 people as respondents. This study uses primary data collected via a questionnaire, as well as a simple linear regression method for data analysis. The investigation indicated that teamwork had a favorable and significant impact on employee performance at PT Bumi Mekar Hijau Palembang, based on the findings. Employees can improve the quality of teamwork by fostering a sense of trust, cooperation and cohesiveness.
