Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of positioning strategy on decisions to use the services of Bunda Noni Hospital in Palembang City during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method of collecting data through questionnaires. The population in this study is the people who have used services of Bunda Noni Hospital in Palembang City. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques, simple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the positioning variable (X) had a significant effect on the service use decision variable (Y) with a thitung value of 3,779 and a significance value = 0.000.
