Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yaitu suatu bidang keselamatan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan manusia baik di institusi, perusahaan jasa, maupun proyek, penggunaan APD pada saat bekerja, dan kecelakaan kerja yang dialami para pekerja. Data yang diperoleh dari 7 bengkel las di Kecamatan Muara Kelingi yaitu, penerapan K3 yang dilakukan di setiap bengkel las hanya seadanya. Kurangnya pengetahuan membuat para pekerja tidak menggunakan APD yang telah ditentukan, 3 dari 7 pekerja bengkel las yang menggunakan masker pada saat bekerja. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kelalaian dalam penerapan K3 dab penggunaan APD. Sehingga para pekerja bengkel las mengalami kecelakaan kerja seperti, tertusuk dan tergores benda tajam, tertimpa benda kerja dan terjatuh pada saat bekerja. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan K3 pada bengkel las di Kecamatan Muara Kelingi masih seadanya.
