Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh program literasi sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling pengambilan sampel secara acak sehingga didapat kelas XI IPS 1 yang berjumlah 31 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dam wawancara atau 26 > 2,96 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, Hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametris yaitu menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment diperoleh sebesar 0,6253, besarnya pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y menggunakan koefisien determinan menunjukkan sumbangan program literasi sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik sebesar 39,1% selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh program literasi sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri I Indralaya. Untuk itu peneliti menyarankan peserta didik untuk mengikuti program literasi sekolah secara aktif dan mengikuti setiap tahapan dalam program literasi sekolah agar bisa meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi belajar serta keterlibatan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. kata kunci : Program Literasi Sekolah, Motivasi Belajar
