Abstract
Researched about The Impact of Policy Implementation The National Program of Self-Supporting Marine and Fisheries Comniunily Empowerment (PNPM Mandiri-KP) For Rate Welfare Society of Prawn Farmers {Macrobanchium rosenbergii) In Tabala Jaya Villagc of Banyuasin Rcgcncv has bccn conduct on October 2011. The study population was 22 people and the study sample was 18 rcspondent. Selected t\vo variable rescarch that is variable Policy Implementation PNPM Mandiri-KP as the independent variable, and variable Rate Welfare Society of Prawn Farmers as the dependent variable. Preparation of research instruments in the form of a questionnaire based on the lattice predetermined. Level of Implementation The National Program of Self-Supporting Marine and Fisheries Community Empowerment and Welfare Society of Prawn Farmers measure with scoring techniques in questionnaire. Measured Level of Implementation The National Program of Self-Supporting Marine and Fisheries Community Empowerment and Welfare Society of Prawn Farmers showed high level because of a score > 16.24. Obtained rxy test is 0.022. This figure showed that there is not impact of policy implementation PNPM Mandiri-KP for Rate Welfare Society of Prawn Farmers In Tabala Jaya Village of Banyuasin Regency.
