Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of student worksheets based on the local culture of Bangka Belitung using the Canva application on theme 8 sub-theme 1 in class V SD that is valid, practical, and effective. This research is a type of development research research with the research subject being the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 8 Mendo Barat, totaling 30 students. The procedure of this research follows the development of the Rowntree Model with three stages, namely the planning, development, and assessment stages. Data collection techniques used expert validation sheets, interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. From the results of expert validation obtained an average value of 89% with a very valid category. In the small group test stage, the average score of 81, 67% was obtained in the very good or very practical category. At the field test stage, the effectiveness of the student worksheets was measured at 0.84 with a high category so that it can be declared effective in supporting learning activities on learning outcomes. Thus, based on the results of the study, it was found that the student worksheets based on the Bangka Belitung culture that was developed was classified as a valid, practical, and effective student worksheets.
