Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using nearpod media on student learning outcomes. This study uses a pre-experimental design in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this research is all students of class X UPT SMA Negeri 25 Musi Banyuasin with the research sample, namely class X IPS 1 totaling 28 students taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques, tests, and also questionnaires. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the use of nearpod media has an influence on student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the results of the paired sample test , the value of pretest-posttest 1 to pretest-posttest 4 is stated <0.05. In addition, the t value obtained is > from the t table value. So, it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted and it is stated that there is an influence from the use of nearpod media on the learning outcomes of students in class X UPT SMA Negeri 25 Musi Banyuasin.
