Abstract

Companies need ernployees who qualify to support the progress of a company, then the process of employee recruitonent should be done in a more selective way. The develcpment of science and information technology can be used as a medium that helps the recruitnent process called E-Recruifinent system, E-Recr*i8nent System is an employee recruitmeat system through the use of internet media to collect prospective employees to enter into the companyThereby irnprovingthe qualrty of service and competitive advantage inthe efficient performance of the company
