Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style on the performance of employess of the HR division of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk. The population in this study is all employess of the HR division at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk which amounts to 38 employess. This study used saturated sampling techniques. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection technique used is through questionnaries. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the Transformational Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the HR Division of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk.
