Abstract
This research aims to analyzed the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance. The data in this study used quantitative descriptive statistical methods. The study population was employees of PT PLN (Persero) UIW S2JB, amounting to 169 employees. The sample used in this research was 62 respondents and data techniques were carried out using the Likert scale. The data source used primary data collected through questionnaire surveys. Furthermore, data that have been collected in this research were analyzed with classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25 applications. The results of this study indicate that 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Organizational culture has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, and 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
