Abstract

Assessment of attitudes shown to foster behavior according to character in the formation of student character in accordance with the learning process. The differences in each student create different difficulties in character based on the current COVID-19 emergency 2013 curriculum. This study aims to find out how the Implementation of Attitude Competence Assessment in Civics Learning by Class X Teachers at UPT SMA Negeri 17 OKU is done boldly. The issues raised are: How to implement the Attitude Competence Assessment in PPKn Learning boldly by Class X Teachers at UPT SMA Negeri 17 OKU. This research is a qualitative descriptivestudy. The subjects in this study were PPKn teachers in class X. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction steps, data presentation, data verification, trials using triangulation, reference materials and checking. The results showed that: 1) The planning of the teacher's attitude competency assessment had formulated in advance the purpose of the assessment and then determined the value indicators, aspects of attitudes to be assessed, then assessment techniques and assessment instruments, then informed students as early as possible. Have analyzed the instrument and determined the KKM. 2) The implementation of the Attitude Competency Assessment has not been maximized because there is still a discrepancy between its implementation and the RPP, this can be seen based on (a) techniques that cannot be used only observation and journals. (b) lack of time to create which causes many aspects not to be assessed. (c) there is no cheating in the observations, but not for self-assessment and peers. (d) feedback has been done well by the teacher. 3) Processing and reporting has been carried out properly for reporting used by PPKn teachers, namely the form of a journal written in the form of a narrative description.
