Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang berjumlah 127 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 70 orang pegawai. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan pertimbangan, seperti pegawai yang telah mengikuti program pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, saran yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja salah satunya adalah dengan meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat pegawai untuk mengikuti pelatihan secara optimal, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
