Abstract

Bonus is an additional compensation given to an employee whose amount is above the usual salary received. The bonus is given to employees within a period of one year in accordance with the income and profits obtained by the company. Unintentional employee mistakes when recording employee values so that the results obtained are ineffective and inappropriate. Therefore, to provide employee bonuses as needed, of course requires a decision support system that can assist in solving the problems that exist in the company in measuring the assessment between employees with the best performance and based on the criteria and attributes specified. These criteria are absenteeism, responsibility and work results. From these problems, a decision support system is needed in determining employee bonuses using the Simple Additive Weighting method. From this calculation process, a solution or result will be obtained to determine the award of employee bonuses based on predetermined needs criteria and assessment indicators for office and field employees from each criterion.Bonus is an additional compensation given to an employee whose amount is above the usual salary received.
