Abstract

PT. Arenda Jaya Property is an area of business that moves in development or construction that moves in the property field of property. The system that is currently running on PT. Arenda Jaya Property is still being done manually, both recording and calculations so that there are often data mismatches and errors in sales calculations or purchase. This study aims to assist in data processing such as sales transactions and the creation of sales reports. To support this study, the authors used data collection methods by way of studies to libraries and interviews. The results of this study are in the form of a home sales application that can make it easier for PT. Arenda Jaya Property to process sales data in order to efficiently produce salaes reports.
