Abstract

This research aimed to analayze the effect of Return On Asset (ROA),Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) to the stock prices of Automotive and Component Company. The population of this research were 13 companies of Automotive and Component Company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The sample was detennined by using purposive sampling method, there are 6 companies. The results showed the Return On Asset (ROA) have negative significant effect toward stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have positive significant effect toward stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) have positive significant effect toward stock prices and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) have no significant effect on stock prices. The implication of this research is in determining investment decisions. Investors see how high the debt is used in the company and how much profit will get because the more debt that used more easier for company to increase profit. Increase profit will certainly be a good signal for investors.
