Abstract
Fingerprint-Based Motorcycle Security Monitoring Application Prototype and Internet Of Things (IoT) using fingerprint is a security system designed to secure and prevent motorcycle theft in public parking areas. Technological advances continue to grow rapidly until now requires making a motorcycle safety system that can be monitored by motorcycle users 24 hours with Internet of Thing (IoT) technology. The motorcycle security system is designed with the use of an internet connection and a website is made that is combined with NodeMcu Esp 8266 which is expected to be able to control the vehicle security system, especially motorcycles when parked. This research method includes literature study, and observation, design and research objectives, it can be concluded that this equipment has been tested and can be used to assist the security monitoring System on motorcycles using fingerprints.
