Abstract

This study was made with the aim of knowing and analyzing how the influence of the physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Sriwijaya Palembang fertilizer. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang, totaling 50 employees. The sampling technique of this study used non-probability sampling, thus the respondents of this study were 50 employees in the production sector. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
