Abstract
The economy in Indonesia will always develop and every company is required to be able to follow its development. Management Control System, Company Growth, Leadership Style and Work Discipline are management's way of following developments in improving employee performance. It can be seen that this study aims to examine the influence of Management Control System, Company Growth, Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the implementation at the Regional Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Palembang. In this research took a sample of 104 employees or respondents with Simple Random Sampling Technique. Based on the test results, it can be seen: Management Control System has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Company growth has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Leadership Style has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
