Abstract

Pola Komunikasi Organisasi Dalam Membangun Kepuasan Kerja Di Dinas Pemuda Dan Olahraga Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Penulisan ini berfokus kepada Dispora Sumsel yang merupakan organisasi yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintah dengan tugas di Bidang Kepemudaan dan Olahraga. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja pola komunikasi organisasi yang diterapkan di Dispora Sumsel. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Pola Komunikasi oleh Jalaluddin Rakhmat yang memiliki lima model yaitu model rantai, roda, huruf Y, bintang, dan lingkaran. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis, yaitu berupa data, mencari dan menarik kesimpulan akan pola yang ditemukan dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini menarik kesimpulan bahwa pola komunikasi organisasi yang terjadi di Dispora Sumsel memiliki lebih dari satu pola karena dilihat dengan situasi kondisi yang terjadi. Serta, manfaat yang didapatkan dari Dispora Sumsel yaitu mengetahui apa saja pola komunikasi organisasi yang berlangsung sehingga dapat memberikan saran untuk melangsungkan proses interaksi di organisasi dengan lebih baik lagi.
