Abstract

PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk was a leading cement producer company in South Sumatera which has 3 big factories in Sumsel namely in Baturaja, Palembang, and Lampung. As a leading cement producer, PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk must be always trying the best to maintain its position by increased its product sales along with very tight business competition. one of it is the sales field, by prepared a sales plan. Because when production is excessive, it made a loss for the company. This sales plan is one of them can be done by forecasting sales. One method of forecasting that can be used is the Least Square Trend method. Least Square Trend was a calculation involving the previous data used to determine the exact amount of inventory for the next production. System development method used is Waterfall is a one way method that describes a systematic approach and also sequentially on the development of software. System based on website for ease of user in accessing system.The output of this system displays sales history data and sales forecasting during the next 6 months from the last data inputted. The creation of research and system is expected to help estimates and sales plans.
