Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how much the effect ot training on employee member of the Sepakat Sejahtera Cooperative in Ulak Kerbau Village District Ogan Ilir. The populations in this research are all of the member of the Sepakat Sejahtera Cooperative in Ulak Kerbau Village District Ogan Ilir totaling 35 respondents. Sample collecting technique used in this saturated sampling technique. This research used primary data taken from questionnaire and simple regression analysis method as data analysis technique. This tesult show that training can explain of affect the learning achievement significantly by 59,3% where as the rest 40,7% is affected by other variables outside the research.
