Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang A. Rivai Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang A. Rivai Palembang dengan menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang didapatkan dari kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (versi 24.00). Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang A. Rivai Palembang.
